This line is specially designed for the filling and packaging of buckets with liquid and/or viscous products, and is suitable for various bucket sizes ranging from 3 kg to 25 kg.

This line comprises two parallel conveyors, one of which is conceived to stack the empty buckets, and the other for the filling and film sealing or tear-off capping operations. Product dosing is performed by two dosing units fastened to a vertical slide guide which is driven by a brushless motor. The first dosing unit fills the bucket to approximately 90% of its capacity, the second, equipped with a dosing scale, progressively fills the bucket up to the selected weight.
The feeding conveyor feeds the bucket to the sealing station where it is film-sealed and fed to the subsequent station, where tear-off capping is performed. The buckets are finally released on a roller conveyor; the pick-up system may be manual or automatic, according to customer’s requirements.
